Three layers of moist gold cake filled with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, strawberry filling and frosted with whipped cream. The top is garnished with fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries.

 

 

AUGUST:   BOSTON CREAM TORTE

Three layers of gold cake filled with fresh pastry cream and topped with chocolate fudge.

 

 

SEPTEMBER:  DUTCH APPLE TORTE

Layers of moist gold cake filled and with fresh cinnamon apple filling and filled and frosted with whipped cream. The side is then dredged with our nut streusel.
