INTERVIEW: Jon Buatti of Manchester’s ‘Bearded Baking Company’

For the second straight year, a New Hampshire baker made the top 12 on the Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship, Mondays at 9PM. Last season, Jennifer Clifford was a regular on Morin in the Morning. She made it to the season finale but did not win. She is a cake baker/decorator from Moltonborough.
This season, Jon Buatti, owner of The Bearded Baking Company in Manchester, hopes to win the top prize of $25,000 that barely eluded Jennifer a year ago. At 6-feet 4-inches, the bearded baker was remarkably calm under the hot lights and oozing frosting to advance to week #2. Expect more from Jon on Frank FM in the weeks ahead.
